M2 provided aerial coverage of the 2016 Presidential election for CNN, part of their early use of drones to capture news footage over populated areas. Our coverage included birds-eye views of long voter lines and polling stations that were significant stories on election day.

M2 pilots Ronney and Grant were embedded with David Muir and the ABC News team as Hurricane Irma roared up the western coast of Florida. Working through difficult conditions, M2 provided live coverage and taped footage showing the expansive damage left in the hurricane’s wake.

Republican National Convention

We were stationed in Cleveland, Ohio to cover the 2016 Republican National Convention. Security was tight and pilot Ronney Miller had to pass through several checks while providing wide aerial views of the convention center and city of Cleveland for media clients such as Good Morning America.
